Inhale floats you up and exhale grounds you down.

Ready to sweat? A poetical workout for everyone with a body. Not yoga, although you might find a sun salutation and savasana. Jumping, shaking, pilates, body weight training and intuitive movement for a strong, resilient body. All supported by a kick-ass playlist! Shake your dust and connect to what is waiting underneath.

Allow yourself to surrender, slow down and tap into your spiritual body. See where the breath takes you as you mindfully flow through the asanas in this wonderful mellow sequence. All levels welcome.
