Shake the what? Shake the Dust is the rebel baby of Authentic Flow Tribe – the faculty I am doing most of my training with. I absolutely love it… but I also love burpees. Do you? 🔥
A class for everyone which will at best deliver a great workout, SWEAT, a cathartic release, and a strong, resilient body. Shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement (some yoga sometimes too), pilates, somatics, and bodyweight training.
All supported by a kick-ass playlist. Spotify Premium is highly recommended to attend this class 💛
